What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Regular Shipping (U.S. only) – $5.00

Express Shipping (U.S. only) – $34.99

International Shipping – $24.99

Curbside/Local Pickup – FREE

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept payments through PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Regular Shipping (U.S. only): 2 – 8 business days

Express Shipping (U.S. only): 1 – 2 days

International Shipping:  approx. 7 – 21 days, but may be longer due to differences in each country’s regulations and protocol

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Customer data is secured by a premium SSL certificate. Our payment processors, Stripe & PayPal, also have additional high-quality security protocols that ensure your transaction is protected. Customer credit card information is completely private (even Crystalis employees can not access it). 

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will first receive an order confirmation copy of your invoice. You will then receive a shipment notification with a tracking number once the order is processed and shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an invoice by email once the order is placed. You will also receive a copy inside your package.
