Origins

Moldavite is a tektite. Tektites are natural silicate glass formed when meteorites impact the earth. They are typically brown, black, grey, and green. This crystal falls in the latter category and is an earthy green color – somewhat ironic for a stone with extraterrestrial origins. A meteorite struck in what is now known as the Czech Republic nearly 15 million years ago. 

 

Properties

Moldavite pushes you towards change, which can oftentimes be frightening if you are unprepared for it, but the change in question is always a needed one. This crystal may push you to remove toxic relationships from your life or leave an unappreciative workplace.
