The holidays are a time to come together with those you love and celebrate the joy they bring you. The holiday period is a time for good food, classic movies, and gifts. For many people, though, they can be a source of sadness, loneliness or stress. If you are already a little anxious just thinking about the holidays, you are not alone.
According to a 2015 survey conducted by Healthline, a consumer health information site, 62 percent of respondents said their stress level was “very or somewhat” elevated during the Holiday Season. Only 10 percent said they didn’t have an increased level of stress during the end-of-the-year holidays.
